Cinnamon-Apple Snacks

This is pretty healthy and yummy, I should say. The kids love it and it really is healthy. It tastes like healthy apple pie.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Apples, I prefer Fuji by far!
  • 2 T Xylitol or  0.5tsp Stevia (koivusokeri tms.)
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • Lemon juice
Instructions: 

in a bowl or zip lock bag

  1. peel and chop up the apples
  2. drizzle a tblsp or two of lemon juice
  3. sprinkle the cinnamon and "sugar"
  4. mix
  5. eat.
  6. repeat :)
