This is pretty healthy and yummy, I should say. The kids love it and it really is healthy. It tastes like healthy apple pie.
Ingredients:
- 2 Apples, I prefer Fuji by far!
- 2 T Xylitol or 0.5tsp Stevia (koivusokeri tms.)
- 1tsp Cinnamon
- Lemon juice
Instructions:
in a bowl or zip lock bag
- peel and chop up the apples
- drizzle a tblsp or two of lemon juice
- sprinkle the cinnamon and "sugar"
- mix
- eat.
- repeat :)
