- 2C cooked quinoa, chilled
- 1/3C pecan halves chopped
- 4T orange juice
- pinch of fresh thyme
- seasoning
- 1/2C dried cranberries, or to taste
Serving suggestion
Quinoa Salad and Chicken Thigh (but please omit the skin).
