It's late September and my fitness regime has quieted down yet my health regime is going strong.
Every morning, without fail, my kids and I drink this Super Healthy Smoothie. Into a blender add,
- orange juice
- ½ Avocado (ripe!)
- vanilla yoghurt (soy based or such)
- probiotics (multi-billion)
- chlorella
- dark green lettuce
- 1 tomato (works as a natural MSG)
- banana
- frozen berries
- dried ground berries
- powdered magnesium (optional)
Once we wake up, we drink our smoothies while we think about what we want for breakfast/brunch:)
I don't have to fight my kids to finish their vegg when I know they got a good dose of greens first thing in the morning.
