How can you throw together a high protein meal, when money is sparse?
Tuna, eggs, peanut butter and black beans are high in protein! Black beans are cheap to buy in dry bulk. Soak over night, rinse, boil and store in the fridge. Add to salads, omelette, stews...

I'm really paying more attention on my diet. Not in a dieting sense, but as in nutritional sense. This meal is one of my favourite!
Chicken Salad :
2T Homemade mayonnaise
2T fat free Greek Yogurt
Handful of cranberries (dried)
1 C diced chicken (I preboiled it and then diced it)
Handful of chopped baby spinach
Whole wheat pita cut in half.
Homemade mayonnaise :
Salt and pepper
Add 1/2 oil and blend well. Nutribullet/blender works best. (won't work well with grapeseed, olive or coconut oil:( )
