I'm really paying more attention on my diet. Not in a dieting sense, but as in nutritional sense. This meal is one of my favourite!
Chicken Salad :
2T Homemade mayonnaise 
2T fat free Greek Yogurt 
Handful of cranberries (dried) 
1 C diced chicken (I preboiled it and then diced it) 
Handful of chopped baby spinach 
Iceberg lettuce 
Whole wheat pita cut in half. 
Homemade mayonnaise :
One egg
1T vinegar 
Salt and pepper 
Garlic powder 
Mix well
Add 1/2 oil and blend well. Nutribullet/blender works best. (won't work well with grapeseed, olive or coconut oil:( )
